I cook a batch of cannelini beans or chickpeas from scratch periodically and use it over the course of a few days. They REALLY do taste better cooking them yourself IMHO

Dr. Christin, do I need to stop eating the smoked sardines that are packaged in tin for my brain's sake? If so, would the only safe way to eat fatty fish is either fresh, frozen or in glass?
